I am recruiting for a leading organisation for a Senior HR Business Partner within Transformation.

The role of Senior HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role within the leadership team to develop and deliver strategies which meet the specific needs of different business areas.

As a Senior HR Business Partner within Transformation you will be engaged in activities such as:

• Strategic planning - Developing strategies for key business elements
• Leadership - Delivering outcomes by guiding others
• Innovation - Identify blockages and opportunities and implement improvements
• Solutions - Develop solutions through analysis and integration of diverse sources
• Adapting - Demonstrating a flexible approach to achieve business objectives
• Partnering - Working with Senior Managers to identify and deliver business solutions
• Prioritising - Identifying priorities and engaging the team to support the design implementation of selected solutions
