The Company:

A leading Telecoms company, who operate in an agile, fast paced and collaborative environment currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Deployment Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. Located in the state of the art, newly refurbished offices in central Reading, you will benefit from flexible working as well as a market leading salary with an excellent benefits package attached.

Responsibilities:

• Line management of small team directly managing SWC Suppliers to deliver end to end site passive infrastructure (Design, Acquire and Build)
• Liaison with Shareholder teams to exploit synergies between passive and active equipment deployment
• Responsible for intensely managing the day-to-day delivery of Suppliers, 3rd parties against contracted time, cost and quality obligations.
• Undertaking direct intervention to investigate under-performance, instigate recovery initiatives and intensely manage the recovery of delivery performance. Escalating to the Head of Deployment as required.
• Management of changes to site lists or specific site requirements

Experience Required:

• Able to deliver against organisational goals. Displays delivery leadership through effective structures; processes and procedures.
• Able to interact and communicate across all layers of the organisation. Good written and verbal communication.
• Line Management experience
• Good understanding of RAN processes and cross-functional dependencies
• Natural ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders
• Understanding of the numerous functional deliverables (Acquisition. TX, Deployment, Ops)
• Experience of motivating and managing outsource Suppliers.
