Senior C# Web Developer

Senior C# Web Developer - Permanent - Oxford

Project People are currently looking for a Senior C# Web Developer to join a luxury travel company based near Oxford. They are experts in what they do and really focus on customer service and satisfaction. Senior C# Web Developer will be responsible for developing customer facing websites from adding new functionality to a completely greenfield projects. The role will involve the full stack from databases, CMS integration, payment process through IU programming in JavaScript and HTML5.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing new as well as adding new functionality to the website
• Delivering projects to the agreed scope and specification
• Producing standard and well documented code in line with best practises
• Working with other developers to ensure the code and design and consistent
• Ensuring new systems or processes are deployed and communicated effectively
• Helping the Wed Development Manager to mentor and improve junior members of the team.
• Engaging and putting ideas forward

Key requirements/ experience of:

• Proven strong C# .NET 4.0+ skills
• Previous experience with Sitecore a bonus but not essential
• Experience of responsive website design and coding
• Good understanding and experience of web server
• Interest in web development and it's trends
• Ability to communicate, work collaboratively and put ideas forward
