Senior Business Intelligence Technical Specialist/Developer - M

Microstrategy and SQL skills are required along with experience of working within a Business Intelligence environment (BI). The role will be working for a market leader in the Telecoms space and the primary responsibility will be in the provision of data solutions to the business ensuring that these are delivered in line with agreed timescales and to appropriate standard and quality using approved information reporting and analysis tools. This is a role which requires a combination of technical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the end-to-end fulfillment process in line with agreed service and quality levels for all deliveries
• Ensure all work undertaken is captured, transparent and status regularly communicated to stakeholders.
• Assume overall responsibility for operational readiness to ensure that all parties are prepared when launching small change or delivering projects
• Support the capture of information requirements and translate into MI products & services
