Senior BI and Systems Manager - Permanent - near Reading, Berkshire

Senior BI and Systems Manager - the main purpose of this position will be to build, manage and lead system and data enterprise architecture that adheres to recognised industry standards, including the design and implementation of a strategic roadmap for data warehouse/analytics development and capability.

My client, a growing Telecoms Company based near Reading, are looking for someone on a permanent basis who can take on this challenging but key role.

As Senior BI and Systems Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Robust data architecture, creating/maintaining business wide data models to provide a single source of information
• Creating data roadmaps and driving through delivery
• Using Agile methodologies to ensure development/enhancement of SharePoint functionality
• Be the Business advocate for BI, to help bring out business efficiencies and insights
• Deliver strategy to help achieve ISO InfoSec compliance

Skills & Experience we are looking for:

• Proven experience leading BI teams to deliver tangible enhancements to the provision of management information, including self-service and automation
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Considerable experience in defining technology solutions in changing business environments
• Experience leading matrix teams
• Data System Architecture and Integration
• Strategy design & management
• Power BI
• Kimball methodologies
• MS BI stack
• ITIL foundation
• Customer focused with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong systems architecture and solution design experience
• Considerable knowledge of analysis / data insights to enable Business MI / decision making
• Considerable knowledge of defining data architectures and implementation of BI solutions
