Security Policy & Awareness Specialist

We work alongside one of the most recognisable and innovative brands within Telecoms and they are looking to recruit a Security Policy & Awareness Specialist to assist in ensuring all security controls are set and in place. You will be looking at policies and standards along with delivering awareness.

As a Security Policy & Awareness Specialist you will have responsibility for:

• Developing and maintaining all security policies, standards and awareness measures
• Support the Information Security Manager in delivery of consistent, best in class service
• Design and implement processes for the identification and development of all relevant policies and standards
• Identification and creation of tools and processes that ensure adherence to policies
• Responsibility for all communications both internally and externally

The successful Security Policy & Awareness Specialist will demonstrate and enhance skills within:

• Understanding of Security standards such as ISO27001 / ISeC / Cobit / CESG etc
• Ability to use different methods to communicate and educate across varied and large audiences
• Support all security and data protection functions
• Previous success of policy and awareness programmes / campaigns
