2nd Line Support engineers required to work on a contract basis for a role based in Edinburgh
Investigation and diagnosis of issues:
- applying known fixes
- resolution or escalation of incidents
- Tracking SLA expiry
- Telephone contact with end users.
The successful candidates will have:
- Experience working in financial services
- Windows 10 platform knowledge
- 2nd level support experience
- Microsoft office 2010 experience
- Understanding of ITIL processes
