Leading IT company seeks SDMs who should have a flexible pro-active approach to their day to day work and be able to manage their own workload. Must possess the ability to identify and implement service improvement opportunities. Roles will manage third party supplier performance across the following process areas: * Problem Management * Change Management * Service Asset and Configuration Management.

Skills mandatory: Service Delivery background in an IT environment , A breadth & in depth knowledge of Service Delivery Management standards & practices, Demonstrable experience of leading / managing teams within a service delivery environment , Strong numeracy / analytic skills , Process improvement knowledge, ITIL / ISEB Certifications in Service Management, Exceptional Interpersonal Skills, First Class Organisational Skills, Sound Technical Understanding, Ability to communicate professionally at all levels
Skills useful: Good working knowledge of Excel skills, Good working knowledge of Service Now.
