Job Description
Scrum Master - Digital - Berkshire - 6 months contract
Project people are currently recruiting for a Digital Scrum Master to join one of the key players within the telecommunications space. Interested to speak with experience Scrum Masters who are looking to join their Digital Team, performing the role to a cross functional, self-managing teams.
Key requirements/ experience of:
- Working within digital/ app/ applications environment
- Working with the scum team to deliver the agreed business outcomes taking an iterative/ MVP approach
- Coordinating end to end technical delivery teams
- Tracking and communicating release progress
- Providing expertise working with the Product Owner to produce and maintain a visible plan and road maps of hitting business outcomes
- Supporting the scrum team to become fully collaborative while developing their skills
Key requirements/ experience of:
- Applying various methodologies such as Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, Kanban
- Tract record of delivering within complex IT environments
- Understanding if iterative development, incremental delivery and software development processes and life cycle
- Experience of managing multiple project and team as well as leading and coaching
- Digital savviness/ experience operating in a digital organisation
