SC Cleared* PMO Planner/Project Planner (Defence Sector)

SC Cleared* PMO Planner/Project Planner (Defence Sector) is urgently required by our Global Defence and IT Services Company for an initial 3 month contract on a part time basis, 3 days a week, to be based in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Responsibilities and Skills

• Primarily required to centrally manage & update the Programme Plan liaising with the Team's Team Leads and Project Managers to keep the Programme Plan up to date, reporting any issues/concerns up to the Programme Lead.
• This will require taking the Project Manager's project plans and centrally merging them into the Programme Plan.
• The role holder will also be required to use the Programme Plan in order to produce the fortnightly Application Portfolio Plan and customer Delivery Plan.
• The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the PMO desk (Programme Office) and manage/track/control the financials/configuration management functions as expected from a PMO function.
• Candidates will need to demonstrate a clear level of planning control, governance and reporting within a PMO delivery.

* The successful candidate must be willing to undergo SC Clearance prior to commencement of the contract.
