SC Cleared Problem Manager (Mobile Telecoms-RAN)

SC Cleared Problem Manager (Radio Access Network). 6months contract.

SC Cleared Problem Manager required to work for mobile telecoms company, you will require current SC Clearance due to the nature of the projects this role will be working on. The role will be 2nd level problem management , proactive prevention action planning. Managing customer escalations, root cause elimination, attending customer problem management calls and hosting management reviews.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication (as this role will involve interaction with director level), working knowledge of Radio Access networks and Supporting Transmission Architecture, Problem solving, analytical skills.
