SC Cleared Desktop Support (2nd Line) 6 month contract. Wakefield
Desktop support required to join the end user service team to support the managed desktop service. Providing end user device, Blackberry and O365 support for a large number of users. Importing application packages into SCCM, Updating Incident Management system, Service reporting for remote desktop support. Supporting Blackberry 3rd line and O365 solutions, Importing application packages into SCCM, Investigation into SCCM deployment issues.
The successful candidates will have Current SC Clearance, Deskside support/2nd line, Microsoft Office, SCCM 2012, Windows 7 or Windows 10.
