SAP Financial Functional Consultant (FI/CO) with SAP S/4 Hana - Contract - 3 Days in Bracknell, Berkshire / 2 days working from home.

A global IT services company is searching for a SAP Financial Functional Consultant (FI/CO) with SAP S/4 Hana to join their team on a contract basis in Bracknell, Berkshire (2 days home-based).

Candidates must have experience of FI/CO modules - GL, AP, AR, AA and controlling including COPA and integration knowledge in the areas such as MM, SD, PS and any module that posts data into COPA.

Role:

• Document and own the end to end finance solution.
• Liaise between SAP consultants and Business SME's to ensure requirements are met.
• Detail GAP between SAP and company Process
• Investigate GAP solution and make recommendations
• Drive continuous improvement of process definition
• Carry out testing of configured SAP solution prior to the Test team
• Serve as key team member for OneERP SAP implementation project representing application development in the assigned area
• Milestone and project task reporting for to the appropriate team lead/project manager
• Ensure that wherever possible, the adoption of a best practice approach and minimal gaps

Skills and Experience Required:

• Overall 10+ yrs. of SAP related experience in FI/CO such as GL, AP, AR, AA and controlling including COPA and integration knowledge in the areas such as MM, SD, PS and any module that posts data into COPA.
• Has participated in at least two large information transformation engagements in the appropriate area
• Ability to present and gain sponsorship of the appropriate area within the implementation team
• Ability to work with and collaborate with all Teams and Individuals in the Business Teams and the SAP Teams toward developing a best practice processes, quality and efficiencies for OneERP
• A working knowledge of SAP application area, and experience with both SAP Activate & ASAP Methodology
• Experience in writing functional specifications for interfaces from / to SAP from / to legacy systems

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with implementing an S4/HANA multi-tiered SAP environment.
