Salesforce Project Delivery Manager - Salesforce IT Leader

Work for a European leader in cloud technologies and data center services.

Manage a team of 3 Salesforce Developers.

This is an IT-leadership role, reporting into the VP ICT, the Information Manager (Marketing and Sales) and is the IT-liaison for the Strategy & Marketing and Sales-department.

What we are looking for:

• Project Management experience - Software or System Development.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and a team - driving delivery of new features/processes etc.
• Understanding of Salesforce - doesn't need to be overly technical as there are a team of Developers, but needs to understand functionalities.

What you will be doing:

• Supporting the Strategy & Marketing and Sales Department with the identification, prioritization, planning and successful delivery of improvement initiatives.
• Educate and supports the users of the systems being used (i.e. Salesforce, and related add-ons like e.g. Pardot, Apptus) on how to use these systems in a consistent manner.
• Manage a UK-based development team, configuring, developing, maintaining and supporting the software and services being used.
• Manages related software suppliers (i.e. SalesForce), and interacts with other areas within IT, to ensure a co-ordinated end-to-end implementation of systems and support processes.
