Sales Support Administrator - Permanent - London

Sales Support Administrator - Permanent - London

Exciting new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to provide sales support to a fun and growing technology company based in London. This role would be perfect for an administrator with an interest in working in a sales environment and taking on account management and sales tasks over time. You would be finalising deals with the necessary administration, paperwork, ordering and logistics involved. You would also be the point of contact with customers, handling new order requirements and services.

Ideally you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong organisation skills
  • Ability to process invoices, purchase orders, ideally using systems such as SAP or Sage
  • IT literate - MS Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Ability to manage logistics of any services to be provided i.e. deployment of new hardware, purchase of hardware from suppliers
  • Ability to negotiate prices with suppliers
