A Rigging Engineer Specialist is required by a pioneering Mobile Telecommunications organisation.
The Rigging Engineer Specialist is required to provide technical support for the design and implemented related work, required to facilitate the deployment of passive/active infrastructure into the businesses site portfolio.
The Rigging Engineer Specialist will work with engineering managers and complete defined tasks relating to radio and rigging design to enable design based decisions. You will analyse current solutions, innovate, improve & develop new products accordingly and ensure compliance in installation quality and acceptable performance of network sites. This is to govern that all solutions deployed into the network are fit for purpose and requirements for installation and maintenance area clearly defined and accepted by the business.
The Rigging Engineer Specialist is a customer facing role, where you will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders who are connected to design and build function. This will range from answering site specific queries, communicating with manufacturers and design suppliers.
Candidates will have a background in rigging and specifically had exposure to working on project Beacon. You will have the ability to understand RF Designs and have a good understanding of how to build and test any standard site types. Candidates will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to produce related documentation to support designs.
This role can be based anywhere in the UK with regular travel to Berkshire and sites.
