RF Consultant - Düsseldorf - 2G/3G/4G, TEMS and PCAP analysis experience

I am looking for an experienced RF consultant with:

• multiple years of in 2G/3G/4G network optimisation experience
• experience in HTTP and Youtube service optimisation
• TEMS log and PCAP log analysis experience
• Very good German and English language skills

The main responsibilities are to:

1. Analyse 2G/3G/4G drivetest log and PCAP log to find root cause about call failure and low throughput and long latency.
2. Make E2E proposals including RF/RAN/Core Network/APP server in respect to improve voice and data (such as web/youtube/file access) experience for our customers.
