An exciting contract opportunity has arisen supporting the Head of Reward, as a Reward Analyst for a leading retail company in Maidenhead town centre. This will be an initial 6 month contract assignment, looking to start as soon as possible.
We are looking for a Reward Analyst with experience of reviewing and analysing market remuneration and benefit data and trends to support bench-marking and annual pay reviews. You will also need to have experience of formal job sizing/evaluation processes using the Hay method; along with advanced Excel, reporting, analysis and data manipulation skills.
As Reward Analyst you will work across the business supporting managers and providing guidance on the annual pay review process, providing appropriate salary ranges and bonus process, as well as supporting the Reward Team in the communication of initiatives to employees and to help drive levels of employee engagement.
