The Client:

My client is a well-known Mobile Operator, who are growing day by day. They are currently seeking an experienced Retail Merchandising Manager to join their HQ based team on either a contract or permanent basis. You will be working as part of a fast paced and close knit team, who are keen to deliver the best customer experience possible within their Retail stores.

The Role:

• Working alongside Brand, Comms & Hardware teams (devices) this person will be responsible for the merchandising of new product launches, store re-vamps, store openings i.e. how the store looks including visual merchandising, POS, window dressings etc.
• You will also be responsible for bringing new and innovative ideas to the table, and working with external suppliers (visual merchandising companies, print companies, distribution warehouses)

Experience

• Sitting within the Marketing Operations team, we are looking for an exceptional candidates who can demonstrate strong retail merchandising experience. You should have an understanding of store design, store displays, fixtures and fittings.
• We are looking for individuals who come from a design or property background who have been responsible for the rollout of merchandising programmes across retail estates, and have an understanding of digital i.e. digital ticketing, digital AV etc.
