Retail Digital Marketing Manager - Contract - London

Purpose

Increasing awareness of the Company's services proposition through customer communication, thought leadership and advocacy.

Goals and Objectives

• Increase awareness to B2C and B2B prospect customers
• Promote and grow selected category ranges across the different media channels and business customer bases
• Maintain and grow the business from acquiring and nurturing leads for development to a pre-sales conversation.

Key Accountabilities

• Work with the teams to create a programme for acquiring and nurturing leads including a focus on local marketing, engaging with audiences in close proximity to stores
• Nurture the lead list through a cycle of content and communication that is relevant and specific to the target audience
• Gather leads, and generate awareness through a combination of digital marketing, press advertising, social marketing, events and emails
• Work within Customer Development to develop a regular, and targeted, cycle of communications to promote our Fixation repair offer, keeping the service at front-of-mind in case of future need
• Own areas of the website, and ensure that media, content and assets are maintained as part of a joined-up customer journey

Experience and Qualifications

Essential

• Experience working within a marketing team
• Practical experience of using digital marketing as a means of driving brand awareness
• Fluent in English with an excellent standard of written and verbal communication
• Practical experience of editing and curating content
• Enthusiasm for social media and an understanding of networks and trends

Preferred

• A person with a passion for creativity, especially in the photographic arts
• Experience of Wordpress and Email Marketing would be an advantage
