Are you a Multi-Site / Regional Manager looking for an exciting new challenge in a fast-paced and ever-changing retail environment?

We are currently looking for an experience area / regional Manager ideally from a telecoms background (not essential) to cover the North East (Sunderland, Newcastle and surrounding areas).

Do you have strong management skills with a proven track record in inspiring store managers and driving sales while turning non profitable branches in to profit?

Must haves:

• Not afraid of taking on challenging tasks / able to lead in difficult situations.
• Hands on inspirational leader with the ability to think outside the box?
• Ensuring store standards are maintained at the highest level.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to get the best out of others.
• Experience within a retail/ commercial or similar fast paced environment at an operational management level.
