In House Resourcing Specialist

Contract - Maidenhead
Project People are currently recruiting for an in house Resourcing Specialist based in Maidenhead to start immediately. This is a 6 month FTC
The successful candidate will report into the Resourcing Manager to work alongside the Resourcing Partners supporting specific areas which include Customer, COO/CIO, Legal & Finance etc.
The successful candidate will need to have the following:-
- Resourcing/Recruitment experience
- Have a well structured resourcing approach
- Will need to be confident at pre-screening candidates when needed
- Previously worked within KPI's
- Build a good relationship with senior stakeholder
- Can adapt to working in a changing environment
- Good knowledge of Recruitment Sourcing and advertising tools & techniques
