We are working alongside a market leading Telco to recruit a Research and Insights Lead.
As a Research and Insights Lead you will join a team responsible for identifying and driving change through establishing what motivates their customers. The role of Research and Insights Lead is somewhat of a strategic role as you will uncover compelling and impactful insights so that new offers etc can be tailored.
Utilising your skills within research (Qualitative and Quantitative) along with segmentation you will tap in to what customers really want and bring it to the forefront of strategic business decisions.
The role of Research and Insights Lead will operate within the Marketing Dept. and will be responsible for engaging with various elements of the business that require specific insights and establish the detail required to develop the relevant insight.
As the successful Research and Insights Lead you will demonstrate and enhance skills within segmentation / Qualitative & Quantitative research / Stakeholder management to enhance resulting propositions / offers etc.
