To work with the stakeholders to understand their acquisition reporting requirements and using the available data, develop reports that enable the stakeholders to fulfil their responsibilities
To proactively provide recommendations on how to best meet stakeholder reporting requirements through developing an in-depth understanding of the acquisition and design processes and the data that supports them
Identify & highlight deviations from the baseline plan to enable corrective actions to be taken to drive certainty of delivery against acquisition targets
To generate standard management information reports to an agreed schedule and high levels of accuracy to enable the business to make informed decisions
To produce ad-hoc reports quickly and efficiently, in response to senior management requests for updates on the status of the acquisition programme
Considerable experience in the production of reports generated from complex sources of data
Understanding telcos & the relationship between the various data sets is a must have so reports or data summaries can be created on the basis of these
Moderate experience of working under pressure in a complex & changing environment
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Expert knowledge of Excel including data manipulation, pivot tables, complex formulas
Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to manage stakeholders of varying levels
Attention to detail, reporting accuracy &strong data presentation.
Basic skills in Microsoft Office, Word & PowerPoint.
