The Remedy SME will be the principal person responsible from an Operations perspective for managing the lifecycle, development and maintenance of capability provided by the Remedy application and its underpinning data.
The role has two primary areas of focus:
Firstly, overseeing the functional performance and user experience of the Remedy toolset and, through ownership and management of governance and administration processes, ensuring that the Remedy toolset continues to deliver and evolve in-line with the best practice of ITIL governance and shareholder requirements.
Secondly, overseeing ownership and management of the configuration management database (CMDB) and processes for radio network to ensure that the Data Integrity and Data Quality of data held by the CMDB is fit for purpose and will meet business needs and processes.
The successful Remedy SME will have:
- Significant experience of Remedy administration, implementation and development
- Demonstrable experience of data management and governance
- Strong experience of stakeholder management and governance management
- Confident leadership style
- Knowledgeable of mobile infrastructure
