Job Description
Regional Property Surveyor. Permanent Position. Reading based with travel in UK (to sites when required).
Regional Property Surveyor required to join my client on a permanent basis. Working within the property department responsible for estate management and implementation of property and planning across the shared and unilateral network property of a RAN consolidation.
The successful candidate will illustrate experience:
- Previously and recently worked as Valuation Specialist / Surveyor
- Experience of Wayleaves or Compulsory Purchase
- Governing 3rd parties
- Property related Qualifications eg RICS or CAAV
Industry background:
- Telco or Utilities (to fit with Wayleave/Compulsory Purchase requirement).
