Regional Estates Surveyor (Telecoms). Permanent Opportunity. Reading based with UK travel.

Regional estates surveyor required to work within the established property department of a mobile telecoms company. You will be responsible for the day to day estate management in the allocated project group. Responsible for overall reporting and process and also things like New Code Agreement renewals, new code NTQ replacements, new code rollout, exit management and surrender negotiations, old code matters including '54 Act, Rent reviews, Cabling Wayleaves.

The successful Regional Estates Surveyor will have worked in a similar role and within mobile telecoms or utilities. Experience governing third parties. Experience of Wayleaves. Valuation specialists or surveyors. Property related qualifications (RICS or CAAV).
