Recruitment Consultant - Swedish Speaking

Fantastic opportunity for experienced Recruiters to join a leading talent acquisition organisation specialising in RPO / MSP delivery in the Telecoms, Digital and Technology space.

Based out of our Bristol office, you would partner with the General Manager of our leading Swedish brand and oversee all the client's recruitment needs from conception to fulfilment. Take briefs, source candidates utilising all tools including advertising, CV libraries, CRM database, offshore team, networking, headhunting, referrals and LinkedIn.

Qualify candidates according to job specifications, arrange interviews, co-ordinate offers and necessary paperwork. Manage candidate experience through to onboarding.
