You would partner with leading brands on all their recruitment needs from conception to fulfilment. Take briefs, source candidates utilising all tools including advertising, CV libraries, database, offshore team, networking, headhunting, referrals and LinkedIn.

Qualify candidates according to job specifications, arrange interviews, conduct interviews, co-ordinate offers and necessary paperwork. Manage candidate experience through to onboarding.
