Recruitment Consultant - Dublin - no cold calling

Fantastic opportunity for experienced Recruiters to join a leading talent acquisition organisation specialising in RPO / MSP delivery in the Telecoms, Digital and Technology space.

Based out of our Client's Dublin office, you would partner with the hiring community and manage all the client's recruitment needs from conception to fulfilment. Take briefs, source candidates utilising all tools including advertising, CV libraries such as irishjobs.ie, CRM database, offshore team, networking, headhunting, referrals and LinkedIn.

Qualify candidates according to job specifications, arrange interviews, conduct interviews, co-ordinate offers and necessary paperwork. Manage candidate experience through to onboarding.
