Our leading telecoms Client are currently seeking a talented Recruiter to join their team.
- Sourcing external for specialist roles as required
- Shortlisting of candidates for a number of requisitions across various functions
- Coordinating first round interviews with hiring managers for external candidates ensuring room booking confirmed and Hiring Manager has relevant paperwork
- Scheduling and conducting both second round interviews and internal interviews as required
- Complete reference checks for any external applicants
- Worth with the team to process offer and contract requests
- Ensure all internal and second round interviewee's complete tests as appropriate
- Maintain tracker on all recruitment activity
Key Skills and Experience:
- 3 year's recruitment experience
- Need to have conducted competency based interviews
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Self motivated
