Sourcing external candidates for specialist roles as required.
- Shortlisting of candidates for a number of requisitions across various functions
- Coordinating first round interviews with hiring managers for external candidates ensuring room booking confirmed and Hiring manager has relevant paperwork
- Scheduling and conducing both 2nd round interviews and internal interviews as required
- Complete reference checks for any external applicants
- Work with existing Recruitment team to process offer and contract requests
- Ensure all internal & 2nd round interviewee's complete psychometric tests as appropriate
- Maintain tracker on all recruitment activity
