Job Description
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join an industry leading RPO provider, who has been a trusted recruitment partner for this client since 2003.
Responsibilities include: Facilitating campaign strategy, competitor mapping, talent mapping, screening candidates against requirements, providing long lists and shortlists, interviewing candidates, managing feedback process, negotiating packages and offers of employment. Delivering innovation and value adds. Ensuring client and candidate satisfaction through the facilitation of a best in class service. Reporting and database management.
Candidates must be experienced Recruiters.
