Rating Assurance Analyst

We're working alongside one of our clients who are a leader in their field to, it just so happens they are awesome to work for as well!! They are looking to recruit a Rating Assurance Analyst who will play a key role in ensuring customers are billed accurately - You will work with the team to establish new processes that will proactively pick up billing inaccuracies.

As the Rating Assurance Analyst you will be involved in:

• Billing / Metering accuracy
• Early engagement with new projects
• Incident Management
• Reporting
• Continuous improvement
• Operational improvement / excellence

The role of Rating Assurance Analyst will allow you to demonstrate / enhance skills within:

• Knowledge of tools such as SQL / SAS / SQL Server
• Skills within Rating / Revenue Assurance
• Technical understanding of systems including billing / provisioning / mediation and CRM
• Knowledge of tools to process and reconcile date (Excel pivot tables etc.)
