Radio Planning Engineer /Funknetzplaner (m/f) - Germany

We are looking for Radio Planning Engineers/Funknetzplanner (m/f) with German and English language skills to join our clients team in Germany. Locations include Berlin, Hannover, Dresden and München.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Experience in 2G/3G/4G Site Radio Planning (Coverage, Frequency, RF Algorithm & Parameter) for at least 5 years
• Excellent working knowledge with VDF tools (PPLUS, VOSIMA, ATOLL, STOV, STOB, PREHCM, SAPERION)
• Experience with Vodafone Germany radio network planning
• Experience in RAN Network Performance KPI's
• Excellent knowledge of Network Planning processes
• Excellent knowledge of RF elements (passive and active)
• Experience with Vodafone Germany projects
• Management skills
• Management Reporting and Presentation skills
• Experience working in or with virtual teams is preferred (local, international)
