The Company:

A leading Telecoms company, who operate in an agile, customer focused and collaborative environment. They are currently seeking a Quality Insight Executive to work as part of the wider Channel Operations team, based in their Customer department.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analysing data from customers engaging with the clients online platform to generate insight that can be fed into the micro team for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the micro teams to supply insight on how to maintain a great customer experience across our online platforms
• Capturing insight through customer survey analysis, Heatmaps and replays and feed this back to the micro teams for performance improvement
• Responsible for aligning/sharing insight in a multichannel/Omni channel environment
• Convert observations into meaningful insight and lead/support experience improvement projects for their respective areas.
• Liaise with Business stakeholders to ensure people, policy and process capability gaps are understood & improvement recommendations made

Experience Required:

• Must have experience in a similar analytical role
• Will have an understanding of how Micro teams work
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Analytics
• An understanding of operating models
• An analytical minded individual
• Excellent communication skills
