We are currently looking for a Quality Insight Executive to join our clients' Channel Operations Team.

This role will involve working closely with the micro team supplying insight on how to improve customers experience across online platforms.

Monitoring and analysing data from customers by engaging with the clients' online platform.

Have you worked within an agile environment?

Liaise with business stakeholders to ensure policy and process and capability gaps are understood while making improvements

The successful candidate:

Must have experience in analysing data trends for reports Adobe Analytics

Creates, organises and maintains files for the principal's correspondence and records

Plans and coordinates testing and inspections of products

Good Communication skills

Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point

Able to work with guidance - but not constant supervision

Clear and effective writing skills without supervision and provide technical guidance when required on expressing ideas.

Good administration skills

Support others by following existing procedures

Works independently to collate and analyse data
