Quality Assurer - Glasgow
Exciting new opportunity for analytical and customer service oriented Quality Assurers to join a leading telecommunications company in Glasgow.
This role offers the opportunity to progress within a well known blue chip company and could involve occasional travel.
Your duties would include:
- Working closely with the Channels and Channel Partners to drive advisor, customer experience and compliance adherence to quality standards
- Capturing insight through call listening, chat/email reading, customer survey analysis and feeding this back to the Partners for performance improvement
- Being responsible for aligning/sharing insight in a multichannel environment
- Converting observations into meaningful insight and leading/supporting experience improvement projects for your respective areas
- Liaising with Business stakeholders to ensure people, policy and process capability gaps are understood & improvement recommendations made
- Ensuring any non-performance is backed by necessary action plans and this is tracked and maintained
