Job Description
We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence / QlikView Analyst for one of the European Institutions based in Brussels.
Tasks:
Gathering business requirements
Development of data mining solutions
ETL processes
Data modelling
Design and development of reporting applications
Elaboration of test programs
Writing of technical documentation
Assistance with deployment and configuration of the BI systems
Participation in meetings with the business and project teams.
Skills:
Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in IT.
Min of 9 years' experience with Business Intelligence, requirements analysis and development tools (OLAP / data mining tool - including data marts, ETL modules, universes, reports, dashboards)
At least 2 years' experience with Qlik: Qlikview worksheets (QVW), Qlikview Data Storage (QVD), Qliksense, Qlik Analytics Platform.
In-depth knowledge of data warehouse architecture and relational database systems applied to data warehouse
In depth knowledge of SQL
Good knowledge of ETL tools
Good knowledge of modelling tools
Good knowledge of online analytic data processing & data mining tools
Fluent English and conversational French.
