Job Description

Property Project Manager - Telecoms - Contract - Berkshire.

A leading mobile telecoms company based in Berkshire is searching for a Property Project Manager with a background in telecoms to join their team on a contract basis. The Property Project Manager will be responsible for driving the operations, governance and finance of the contract and project.

Role:

  • Serving notice on buildings and finding replacement sites to build and activate the site and then remove the existing site.
  • Removing itenna's from building which are being re-roofed.
  • Finding alternative sites for building which are out of bound and unable to access.
  • Dealing with escalations.
  • Responsible for looking at the process and foreseeing issues and improvements.
  • Leading contract changes and managing the changes with the suppliers.
  • Supporting the team and working with wider functions.
  • To support the team to ensure projects are managed in accordance with cost, performance and quality objectives.
  • Responsible for project and contract governance, financial management of budgets and forecasting against the companies Delivery Way processes and approvals.
  • Coordinate the internal teams, Managed Service Providers and/or 3rd Party Suppliers to ensure performance measures are monitored, audited and mitigation plans put in place.
  • Responsible for data integrity and project reporting requirements.

  • Responsible for data integrity and project reporting requirements.
  • Update process, guidance documents and contract scope of works and communicate to suppliers and in house teams
  • Interface with suppliers, internal teams and Shareholders to ensure programme requirements are clearly understood, implemented and adhered to.
  • Monitor 3rd party SLA performance and instigate any recovery plans.
  • Report on finance capex and opex spend and forecasting.
  • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement, monitor and track initiatives on behalf of the Team.
  • Deal with project escalations, log, track and action on behalf of the team.
  • Managing and coordinating suppliers and in house teams.
  • Ensuring that suppliers and in house teams prioritise work according to risk level.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workloads.
  • Managing supplier performance.
  • Managing urgent escalations to ensure deadlines are achieved.
