Job Description

An opportunity to join a leading telecoms organisation on a full time permanent basis as a Property Operations Administrator. This role sits within a Property & Legal team supporting the Property Operations Programme Manager. You will provide support to the Property Operations Team and other internal departments, and take on the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure all process documents are accurate and up to date
  • Create new process documents
  • Maintain and improve intranet site
  • Review processes regularly to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support and apply governance frameworks
  • Ensure confidential information and documents are stored appropriately
  • Build relationships and support key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular meetings with suppliers to monitor progress and streamline processes
  • Processing of documents
  • Carry out system updates
  • Develop and report on operational metrics
  • Work with suppliers to ensure they are operating within KPIs

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • An experienced Administrator with experience working in a fast moving environment
  • GCSE Maths and English
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team working experience/ability
  • Ability to think creatively
