Support the Property Team with administrative tasks including Purchase Order management and other ad hoc tasks.
Identify sites where access rights are insufficient and/or where physical access arrangements differ from legal rights.
Negotiate directly with landloards and landlord's agents to improve site access rights and agreements
Interface with and coordinate with internal teams, Operational Suppliers and Third Party to identify and resolve issues.
Assist with the development of negotiation guidelines and communications with Landlords to improve & document site access arrangements and legal rights.
Undertake negotiations with Landlords to understand access issues & secure improved site access arrangements and legal rights.
Amend standard letter templates to create site specific communications to landlords
Assessing, seeking approval for and documenting any financial settlements required in order to achieve access improvements
Report on progress, successes and failures in an appropriate manner.
Be proactive with recommending changes to process or guidelines to achieve success
Skills & Experience:
Undertake ad hoc tasks with tight deadlines
Working to short timescales and deadlines
Writing formal letters referring to contractual obligations
Ability to prioritise and manage workloads
Ability to communicate on many levels
Good administrative and organisational skills and experience
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read documentation and extract important, relevant information
Positive customer service mindset
The role may be best suited to a well experienced administrator who is looking for more a more challenging role. Alternatively, an individual who has call-centre/customer facing experience who has the capability and desire to learn quickly
