Overview

Our client a global IT services company have a large project that has a portfolio of Non-Standard Service Requests (NSSRs) which are effectively small, short term, projects. There are currently over 200 requests on the team task list that need to be delivered and it is expected that a further 60 requests shall be received each month.

This role is required to address the backlog of requests and to support the production of Impact Assessments, including the pricing of NSSRs, and then the subsequent delivery of the NSSR projects once Authority to Proceed (ATP) has been received.

The role is customer facing and the project manager will be expected to be able to manage approx. 20 small projects at any one time.

This role will be majority home based but will require travel across Scotland and possibly Northern Ireland.

Skills mandatory:

• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience of working in a secure environment or Customer Facing environment.

Skills useful:

• Experience of delivering network solutions.
• DV clearance.

Due to the secure nature of this role the successful candidate will require SC clearance prior to starting.
