The Project Manager - Organisational Design, sits within COO, in the Programme Office within the Central Portfolio Team - they manage a portfolio of projects, mainly People & HR but also finance, business, wholesale.
The successful Project Manager - Organisational Design will have:
- Business transformation & organisational design work
- Project planning
- Extensive Stakeholder Management - Key Stakeholders/ Dept interactions: HR & People Team, Employee Relations, Resourcing, HR Delivery Experience Managers, Senior Leadership Team, wider Leadership Team
