Project Manager (Networks/Telecoms/Retail/CDM)

Project Manager (Networks/Telecoms/Retail/CDM) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Client, for an initial contract until 30th October 2018 to be based in Wakefield. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in network/telecoms deployments/installations and CDM 2015, within a retail environment. Please only apply if you have this experience as these are mandatory requirements.

Responsibilities will include:

- Act as point of contact for our programme team for Deployment & CDM aspects

- Tracking of progress, documentation and Equipment through from Site Survey, Network Deployment and Tills Deployment

- Site Surveys

- Change control on survey schedule

- Ensure survey reports have come on time following survey, reviews are organised daily of the survey output with the CTO and Networks PM

- Survey progress status

- As a result of the site Survey, assessment of the output by the CTO and other meeting attendees, BOM volumes will need to be amended & Equipment will be ordered

- H&S CDM Compliance

- Gain an appreciation of CDM 2015 to be able to undertake the role

- Contribute to the development of Survey report with other stakeholders for purposes of the CDM administration

- The daily reviews of surveys consider the H&S CDM aspects & site specific aspects have been captured & filed with the RAMS

- Checked off that each site has site specific aspects

- At the time of deployments any H&S events are logged and reported as required for compliance

- H&S aspects of deployment reporting are adhered to

- PoC for the H&S/Quality audits undertaken during deployments

- Ensure CDM & Deployment site specific documentation is prepared, stored & issued to deployment teams

- Ensure record of mandatory H&S training is maintained (for project resources)

- Network Deployment

- Act as PoC for the 3rd Party undertaking the planning & delivery of the Network deployment

- Change control & coordination on deployment schedule

- Equipment picking from TPG for delivery to 3rd Party (who will distribute to stores with deployment teams)

- Network Deployment status

- Hand over to Tills deployment PM

- Hand over to SDM / Service

- Tills deployment
