Project Finance Assistant Permanent role Based in Reading

We are looking for a Project Finance Assistant to join the Deployment function of MBNL who are responsible for the delivery of network projects and programmes on behalf of the UK's top two Network Operators - Three and EE.

• Supporting the MBNL Deployment Order Manager on the day-to-day interface to the MBNL finance team.
• Administering and co-ordinating the Purchase Order (PO) process across the Deployment Team within the finance management tool.
• Responsible for the proactive (re-) forecasting, tracking, control and reporting of PO outcomes
• Responsible for supporting the Deployment Order Manager and extended programme team including, control processes, creating and raising POs, change requests and impact assessments.

• Responsible for supporting the transformation and continuous improvement of the end to end methodologies, processes and capabilities required to manage the financial budgeting, forecasting, funding allocation, ordering, tracking, control and reporting.

What we are looking for:

• Experience working in a project finance support function.
• Good Microsoft excel skills
• Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment, within a fast-paced team, whilst maintaining a sense of humour and commitment to customer service.
