Project Engineer (FEMTO)

Project Engineer - FEMTO. Contract role to start October 2018. Berkshire.

Project engineer required for a contract role due to start October 2018. Supporting delivery of network upgrade ans SAM Induction projects. In addition the engineer will be asked to support the introduction of Multi- standard Femto Project.

• Executing test cases, reviewing and recording all results and any material to support the test cases result;
• Investigations into any test case failures, or raising fault ticket.
• Perform upgrade work in the production network, including raising the documentation to allow the network changes to occur;
• Supporting the project team in running test cases such as for OSS integration's
• Running reports for the Project management.

The role will include some night work.

The successful candidate will illustrate experience of:

• In depth knowledge of RAN
• Extensive experience of Radio Small Cells (Femto)
• Experience of Nokia Small Cells Gateway (Former Alcatel- Lucent).
• Motive Home Device manager
• 9966 Small Cells Gateway
• (fALU) NPO
• PrOptima performance tool
• Management of UNIX based servers
• Experience of NetCool and alarm management.
