Project Coordinator - Sharepoint - Fareham
Experienced Project Coordinators ideally with a background in Infrastructure or Retail Projects are required for a long term contract based in Fareham for one of the worlds leading IT solutions providers.
The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinator will be to provide Project or Program support by operating defined processes or procedures against a defined standard. You will assist in the successful delivery of Projects / Programs or PMO services by coordinating specific activities which could include but not be limited to, document management, planning, risk or financial management.
- 50% - standard EPO services
- 50% - scheduling activity (using Sharepoint/ Excel trackers).
The scheduling will be a repeatable activity following a preset process and won't require planning expertise. Just good attention to detail as the management of the schedules is a contractual requirement, initiative to spot challenges and great communication skills (due to multiple interfaces with the customer). The PCO's and schedule manager will be solely responsible for the scheduling of both surveys and deployment slots with our client using the Customers Sharepoint portal and will be responsible for gathering feedback.
To be successful you will ideally have the following:
- Strong PCO experience - ideally within Retail or Infrastructure but not essential.
- Ideally some exposure of SharePoint.
- Candidates must be locally based.
- Experience of ProjectHub would be nice to have but not essential.
