I am currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join my client on a permanent basis. This is a busy role where you will be responsible for administering and coordinating the Purchase Order process across the Deployment team. For this position, my client requires someone with experience managing PO process using either Oracle, Sage or IFS (this is essential).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with purchase order experience to move into a fast paced, busy project team for a rapidly growing telecoms company. My client are offering a competitive salary and generous benefits package.

As Project Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Administering and coordinating the Purchase Order process using the IFS finance management tool
  • Tracking and reporting POs and project financial status
  • Ensuring POs and Goods-In receipts match
  • Proactive forecasting, tracking, control and reporting of POs
  • Responsible for creating and raising POs, and managing change requests

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience in raising and managing POs and the Purchase Order process
  • Experience of raising POs using Oracle or Sage (essential)
  • Experience of recording and tracking projects costs
  • Experience of developing reports
