Project & Process Support Analyst

12 Month Contract

Reading, Berkshire

Project & Process Support Analyst - a new contract position working for a rapidly growing Telecoms Company based in Reading town centre. This is a key support role working within the commercial team on commercial bids/RFx/RFP/Tenders. We are looking for an experienced PMO Support / Project Support, must have experience working on commercial bids/Tenders/RFx as you will need to understand processes, governance, manage the portal and document management.

As Project & Process Support Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Support the programme in administration, governance, RFX portal admin, contract process execution, day to day coordination, document management and progress/status/steer-co reporting, and maintaining an operation and commercial audit trail.
  • Develop and maintain project schedule and plan
  • Creation of a centralised control and version management for the operational, procurement and contract documents and a central controlled repository for all supplier responses and support documentation (using SharePoint)
  • Set up and track the workflow for the RFX process via the SaaS toolset (waxdigital)
  • Manage the SharePoint library
  • Be the central point of contact for all work-streams
  • Provide support with data gathering, reporting, analysis, validation and compilation

This is a key role and so we are looking for someone with the following skills & experience:

  • PSO/PMO Support experience within a commercial programme environment
  • Must have experience working on commercial bids/RFX/Tender process
  • Proficient using Waxdigital or similar RFx tool
  • Proficiency at an advanced level of all MS Office applications (particularly Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
  • Extensive experience handling large data sets
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Highly organised
  • Experience using SharePoint
  • Knowledge of online procurement tools for RFPs
  • Commercial governance
